Return/Exchange Policy

Brother Wolf accepts returns or exchanges within 21 days of the ship date. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@brotherwolfonline.com You will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged and returned with all of the original packaging.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
